The Grupo Exact offers the market the widest range of Foreign Exchange activities (hereinafter Fx), being the Spanish, non-banking group, Fx full service industry leader.
Maccorp Exact Change, E.P., S.A. has its origins in the Grupo Maccorp Holdings Ltd., established in London in 1988, by the following financial institutions: Royal Trust Bank, Allied Irish Bank, Natwest Bank (Natwest Ventures), CIN Ventures, the Ralston Trust and other investors.
Maccorp Holdings Ltd., in just four years, developed a pan-European network of over 100 Bureaux de Change in 8 countries (England, France, Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Bulgaria), with an average of more than two and a half million customers served annually.
Maccorp Spain was acquired under a Management Buyout by the Spanish management team that became immersed in the planning, establishment and management of the European expansion. This team still maintains, at the present time, 100% ownership of the shares.
All this companies complement each other, they have a common origin and a parallel structural development (technology, management, personnel, Customer care policy, marketing activities, etc.), maximising the synergies that result from carrying out the same activity in different markets.
